★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tweedekans monitor besteld en deze bleek defect. Foto's van de verpakking gestuurd naar TechData zoals gevraagd. Er werd direct aangegeven dat de verpakking beschadigd was en ze het product na 2 dagen niet meer terug aan kunnen nemen. Van een tweedekans product mag je verwachten dat de verpakking licht beschadigd is, zeker als deze niet wordt verpakt voor verzending. Vervolgens worden wij genegeerd via de email. Dit krijgt nog een juridisch staartje. Iedereen in ons netwerk gewaarschuwd om geen zaken te doen met deze partij.
 Ordered a second chance monitor and it turned out to be defective. Photos of packaging sent to TechData as requested. It was immediately indicated that the packaging was damaged and they can no longer accept the product after 2 days. With a second chance product you can expect that the packaging is slightly damaged, especially if it is not packaged for shipment. Then we are ignored by email. This will have a legal tail. Warned everyone in our network not to do business with this party.
