★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buitengewoon onaardige dame die omdat ze geen tijd kunnen afspreken en ook niet even van te voren willen bellen verwachten dat je de hele dag thuis blijft. Bij vraag waarom ze zo onaardig was werd de afspraak waar ik al 3 dagen op wachtte van haar uit afgezegd ik zou nooit naar deze Dienst schaart bellen wat een slechte en vooral onaardige service duidelijk teveel werk.
 extremely unkind lady who, because they cannot agree on time and also do not want to call in advance, expect you to stay at home all day. When asked why she was so unkind, the appointment I had been waiting for for 3 days was canceled by her. I would never call this Service, what a bad and especially unkind service clearly too much work.
