Ze maken zeer veel fouten op het gebied van administratie en de service is ook onder de gemiddelde...
Blijkbaar werken er veel stagiaires , tja dit is ook een manier van bezuinigen =)
Hier balen de klanten van! Ik zou zeggen; verander dit zo snel mogelijk.
