★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds 2011 doe ik zaken met Ludo, die eerst eigenaar was van "Verhoeven Telecom". Momenteel is hij samen gegaan met Sjors van "Van de Lindeloof ICT" onder de naam Tel-it. De telefonie loopt al via hen, maar ik verwacht ook de ICT bij hen onder te gaan brengen, daar ligt nu een voorstel voor.
Wat ik fijn vind is dat ze proactief zaken oppakken zoals het voorstellen van wijzigingen van een telefoonabonnement en het aansluiten van een vaste verbinding. Hierdoor heb ik nu grotere bundels voor hetzelfde geld. En omdat ze grotere en kleinere zakelijke klanten hebben kan mijn bedrijf bij hen blijven terwijl we groeien, dat vind ik belangrijk. Kortom een fijne werkwijze en korte lijnen.
Since 2011 I have been doing business with Ludo, who first owned "Verhoeven Telecom". Currently he has joined Sjors from "Van de Lindeloof ICT" under the name Tel-it. The telephony is already running through them, but I also expect the IT to be transferred to them, there is now a proposal for that.
What I like is that they proactively tackle issues such as proposing changes to a telephone subscription and connecting a fixed connection. As a result, I now have larger bundles for the same money. And because they have larger and smaller business customers, my company can stay with them while we grow, I think that's important. In short, a nice working method and short lines.
