T	Thelma Memelink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14 juli 2016 eerste gesprek gehad bij ten Hag voor het regelen van een hypotheek. Inmiddels is het 21 januari 2017 en nog steeds is het niet geregeld. Ik denk dat ik inmiddels wel 100 telefoontjes, mailtjes bezoekjes gepleegd heb. Telefoontjes met de bedrijfsjurist, hoofd hypotheekzaken, de administratie. Ik lees in een andere recensie dat ze na drie dagen nog geen antwoord hadden ontvangen. Ik ben meer dan 6 maanden bezig. Kan er een boek over schrijven. Als ik weer bel, krijg ik even het idee dat er weer wat wordt gedaan. Dat heb ik al ettelijke malen meegemaakt. Tot nu toe, nog steeds zonder het gewenste resultaat.Ben benieuwd of het dit jaar, 2017, nog voor elkaar gaat komen. July 14, 2016 had a first interview with ten Hag to arrange a mortgage. It is now January 21, 2017 and it is still not regulated. I think I have already made 100 phone calls, e-mail visits. Phone calls with the corporate lawyer, head of mortgage matters, administration. I read in another review that they had not received a reply after three days. I have been working for more than 6 months. Can write a book about it. When I call again, I get the idea that something is being done. I have experienced this many times. So far, still without the desired result. I wonder if this year, 2017, will happen.

We hebben nu voor het eerst het gevoel dat een hypotheek adviseur het beste voor ons wil. Rekening houdend met de verduurzaming van onze woning, studerende kinderen etc. Waren we deze meneer maar eerder tegengekomen!!! Kortom: Eerlijk, betrouwbaar, helder, komt zijn afspraken na. We were not properly informed by our previous mortgage lender (elsewhere). Erik Spoler has now helped us and is going for us as a customer. Ondanks tegenslagen in het proces hebben zij altijd hun best gedaan, hetgeen uiteindelijk is gelukt. Bedankt. Excellent help from Eric Spoler and Chantal (back office) They guided us with a lot of patience and professionalism in the process of mortgages and new construction. Erik Spoler is zeer vakkundig, oplossingsgericht en ook nog is vriendelijk! Tevens altijd fijn/snel contact met de administratie. m	maureen denissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aangezien mijn koophuis getaxeerd werd € 20.000,00 onder de gemiddelde taxatiewaarde, ben ik daar niet tevreden over. Uiteindelijk is het ook verkocht voor meer dan € 20.000,00 dan waarvoor Ten Hag het getaxeerd had. Daarna gaan huren middels Ten Hag, het wonen is prima. De communicatie is echter waardeloos. Na 2 jaar nog geen nummer wat ik kan bellen bij gebreken. Als ik dan via meerdere wegen contact heb gezocht, geen reactie, maar wel zonder aankondiging voor je deur. Daarna geen communicatie wat er gedaan gaat worden aan de gebreken. Ik woon nu prima, maar zal nooit een huis kopen, verkopen of meer gaan huren via Ten Hag. Since my owner-occupied house was appraised € 20,000.00 below the average appraisal value, I am not satisfied with that. In the end it was also sold for more than € 20,000.00 than Ten Hag had appraised it for. Then rent through Ten Hag, living is fine. However, the communication is worthless. After 2 years still no number to call in case of defects. If I then contacted through several avenues, no response, but without notice at your door. After that, no communication about what will be done about the defects. I now live fine, but will never buy, sell or rent a house through Ten Hag again.
