★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al vier jaar met het hele gezin lid. Laagdrempelige club met leuke activiteiten en toernooien voor kinderen en volwassenen. Begint inmiddels onze tweede huiskamer te worden vooral in de lente en zomer.
Family member for four years. Accessible club with fun activities and tournaments for children and adults. Meanwhile, our second living room is starting to grow, especially in the spring and summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had short lived lessons, due to the fact they announced specific days for specific levels, in my case I saw they had on my level a wednesday. Just to make sure of this, i've send an email before I enrolled myself to that class to make sure they had a place for me.
They confirm to me via email all good. So i've proceed with the payment to enrol. Right after they've change their mind and requested me to change my day. I said not possible, since I have a child need to adjust things, and that was why I requested if it was available before I signed in. ufff they made all impossible for me to be in that class, 1 lesson done apparently the teacher said right away that the class was a level up. I was surprised. After all the the back and forth emails, I had enough and said I'm no longer interested in playing nor belonging as a member in the Tennis Osdorp. It was starting to get too ridiculous all this emails. So requested money back at least the remaining lessons, (being nice to them) uff even that they got it wrong, they payed me back full amount, I thought ahh nice no hart feelings, nooooo was wrong... they said they made a mistake again and requested me to pay back the 3 lessons I did. Uff not a nice experience. When I enrolled was all excited bought new gear that costed me a fortune etc... Anyways
I have the feeling that they are desperate for money, due to that no longer the interests of customer/player are as their priority. So no I can't recommend them, go else where if you can.
