I ordered a manuel on wednesday evening (8:52pm) and they promised to send it to me within 24 hours. However, it did not happen so I sent them a whatsapp message on Thursday at around 9:30pm. No one replied (I expected a reply in the morning) until I filled in the online contact form this afternoon (Friday). Few minutes after I filled in the form, I received the manuel digitally but no one explained or apologized for the ‘mistake’(?). If you can’t send it within 24 hours, don’t state that in your email!!! Really disappointing.
However, I would give 5 stars for the exam training because it was really useful. Teacher was patient and we indeed practise a lot of exam questions. The manuel is clear and included questions for practise as well, it’s a nice summary!
Update: I got a reply on whatsapp at 1:45 pm (Friday) but this problem has been solved after I filled in the online contact form. However, still no apology for the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any training by Hicham is a training I want to participate in. He makes everything super clear and understandable and he is entertaining to boot. Mignon is also a superstar administrator, always replying to questions or requests super quickly and getting any problems solved without any fuss. If hicham taught more courses, I would sign up for those too.

They offer a lot of good advice for how to set up and present a course, so that the teachers are well prepared and competent.
