Ook de payrollkracht profiteert
De Wet arbeidsmarkt in balans (WAB) zorgt dat de medewerker ook profiteert van het werken via een payrollovereenkomst. Een payrollmedewerker heeft namelijk exact dezelfde rechtspositie als de medewerkers die jij zelf in dienst hebt. Hij heeft onder meer recht op dezelfde contractvormen en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Dit betekent bijvoorbeeld dat je een payrollkracht maximaal 3 jaar mag inzetten zonder hem een vast dienstverband te geven; net als bij je eigen medewerkers. Krijgen medewerkers die bij jou op de loonlijst staan bonussen of extra vakantiedagen? Dan moet de payrollkracht dat ook krijgen.
Je hoeft de medewerker overigens niet per se na die 3 jaar zelf in dienst te nemen; soms kunnen wij juridisch werkgever blijven. Ook medewerkers die je nu al in dienst hebt met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd, kun je in veel gevallen via payroll bij ons onderbrengen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been employed by Tentoo in 2017. Unfortunately, they did not have the right permit to hire me and accidentally caused an issue with my residence permit. However, they have made an effort to fix it and the service desk people were nice and they have helped me to cover my lawyer costs.

Every single week I have to call over some blocking on my account, if you are lucky enough to speak to someone they will fix it only for it to be the same the next week. But mostly they put you on hold until you hang up. They do not respond to emails at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PAYROLL COMPANY EVER! If you like get paid the correct amount, at the correct time...work for anyone else but Tentoo! Bonuses include, snotty call centre workers with very bad attitude, a new story about your salary every time you call, legal team who are rude and not one single person who does what they say the will. I didn't work for them for almost 4 months and still have to contact them over unresolved issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incompetent, had failed to manage the contractor we hired correctly, did not pay them for 3 months, the assignment has already ended in June and we are still waiting for invoices from Tentoo, We call the office number and dont get a reply just hangs up.
I have spent about 5 hours working with Tentoo to get them to do anything correctly and I am the customer was hoping that using a pay-rolling firm would make my life as a director easier but in turn has made things harder.
Would not recommend them to anyone as considering they have not paid my contractor yet i find it disgraceful.

At every stage of invoicing or reporting, there's a new problem which requires calling up.
The workers are often very polite on the phone, but that does nothing improve the actual functioning of the service, which is diabolical.
It took me around 6 phone calls to get the basic elements of an account set-up, and even then it was almost 2 months before the first invoice got sent off.
