Dit ziekenhuis is naar mijn mening de beste in de regio.
Been here several times and always well helped by doctors and assistants. They are friendly and efficient.
This hospital is in my opinion the best in the region.

Wat een super slechte ontvangst en alles behalve vriendelijke personeel. Communiceren is ook erg lastig.
Today at the diagnosis studio for my daughter.
What a super bad reception and anything but friendly staff. Communicating is also very difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On March 1, 2016, I was sent by my doctor to the Emergency department of Hilversum Tergooi ziekenhuis, and need to stay at afdeling AOA. I would like to thank everybody at the AOA afdeling. You are all very friendly, helpful, and professional. My wife went home to pickup my toothbrush, pyjama, etc., while we don't know what my room will be. When my wife went back, one of the nurse in AOA accompany my wife to the room. The nurse (all of them) are very helpful. Show me where the toilet / douche is, where is the lamp switch is. Next to me there is a rather old man who has a lot of wishes, and the nurse politely and nicely help him, even in the night, helping him so that he feel comfortable. In the morning new nurses arrived, let us know who their names are, smiling, shake hands with us. The doctor visit the patient across my bed and inform her clearly & nicely what is the issue is. The nurse who bring me to the room with echo machine also very nice, smiling, chatting. Hospital is of course not a vacation. But I feel happy, many good hearted people, helping, serving us nicely, smiling, even better than 5-star hotel! And, one week later, you know, I receive a card, wishing me well! AOA afdeling: Thank you! Thank you all! Bless you all!
