 Lovely to run through the forest for an hour in a friendly and enthusiastic group! Frank provides a flying start to the weekend every Saturday morning with an energetic and fun boot camp. The level is adjusted to the participants of the day, and with weight jackets it also remains challenging for the advanced. Recommended!
