★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dichtbij huis en toch zo anders. Terschelling is heerlijk! Mooie natuur, vriendelijke mensen, veel ruimte om te fietsen, wandelen. Oesters en kokkels rapen, lekker eten. En heel fatsoenlijke prijzen.
 Close to home and yet so different. Terschelling is delicious! Beautiful nature, friendly people, lots of space for cycling, walking. Collecting oysters and cockles, good food. And very decent prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk eiland voor een redelijk korte vakantie (max 3/4 dagen). Als je niet van wandelen of fietsen houdt zou ik hier niet heen gaan. Prachtige omgeving. Het eiland is wat wandelaarsonvriendelijk.
Nice island for a reasonably short holiday (max 3/4 days). If you don't like walking or cycling I wouldn't go here. Beautiful environment. The island is somewhat hiker-unfriendly.
