★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a US based mobile number, and was unable to retrieve my test results because of an error in their computer system. Spent hours on the phone and had to borrow a friend's Dutch phone to get access to my test result. Customer service by phone pointed me to Email, Email response was useless, I had to badger the support rep by phone to work with me, she kept insisting it was not their problem, but finally agreed to change my phone number to a Dutch one of a friend and I could get my result. I'd avoid using this company unless you have a Dutch mobile phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific testing centre! The process was super easy and quick. I did the testing at Amsterdam-Hoofddorpplein and it was professional and excellent. The test that I did was the wrong one but the standout for me was that the staff who worked at this company was kind and sympathetic - she helped me out so that I was able to board my train yesterday. I am very thankful and I will recommend this testing centre to my family and friends for COVID testing. When I return to Amsterdam to visit my brother again, I will also use this company again and do the right test this time! Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the test site in Leiden (not even on google maps) - an open garage with little to no safety concerns, bad quality test and worst of all they give you a QR code that is not validated by official government scanner apps. Worse than useless, combined with offensive customer service.
Go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible centre. Booked an appointment in zanvoort for 7am. They didn't turn up till 9.30 am.
Ontop of that our flight was the following morning and we needed the results which although "prioritised" came in 3 hours before our flight.
Customer service on the phone couldn't care less that their clinic wasn't open hours after bookings opened and on top of this the neighbour stores said this happens every day
