Nemen 'schade' op om het juiste materiaal te kunnen bestellen. Bestellen vervolgens verkeerde spullen. Zit bijna twee maanden met een lekkage. Met een beetje geluk ergens medio januari 2020 ben ik aan de beurt. Kleine klusjes zijn blijkbaar niet interessant. Bad. Move with some regularity at the last minute agreements because they "... are on a big job ...". Include 'damage' to order the right material. Then order wrong stuff. Has a leak for almost two months. With a bit of luck somewhere in mid-January 2020, it's my turn. Small jobs are apparently not interesting.

They were supposed to arrive in December and work for a week (I called and spoke to them about the planning), but they never showed up and instead they came, entirely unannounced, on a day in January. I had to cancel my work appointments that day due to the noise. The work was said to take a week, but every new Monday they would be on the roof again. They are currently in their 8th week and still not done. Every time I've called to ask what the planning was the answer was that they were a day or two away from being done. Two weeks ago the woman on the phone actually said that i could be sure that it was most definitely their last day of work. And yet, they are still on the roof two weeks later drilling above my office space. If they would communicate better I would be able to plan my work from home. Instead they have never contacted us or our neighbours and have given us incorrect information every time we asked. I can understand that there might be unforeseen surprises and that a job might take a little longer than planned, but the difference between 1 and 8 (for now...) weeks is much too big to be justified for an experienced company. I would strongly recommend against hiring this company, based on the lack of communication and poor planning.
