von Anfang an, bei damals Lim &Co., zufriedener Stammkunde.Seit Übernahme von Thai Mas wurde der Service ständig schlechter. D.h. Ware wird nicht mehr geholfen mit abzupacken, Palette wird nicht Retour genommen . Andere Lieferanten machen das aber.
Ausserdem sind die Preise deutlich teurer, wie bei anderen holländischen und deutschen Asiengrosshändlern und obwohl das Angebot sehr übersichtlich ist, ist ständig nur ein Bruchteil am Lager. Diesen Händler können wir nicht empfehlen!
Extremely customer-unfriendly wholesaler, we have been since 1992 (30 years)
From the beginning, with Lim & Co., a satisfied regular customer. Since the takeover of Thai Mas, the service has been getting worse and worse. This means that goods are no longer helped to pack, pallets are not returned. But other suppliers do that.
In addition, the prices are significantly more expensive than with other Dutch and German Asian wholesalers and although the range is very clear, only a fraction is always in stock. We cannot recommend this dealer!
