★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, efficient and decently priced services as well as second hand bikes. Only down side was that there was no receipt, and not very customer oriented but that did not have a negative impact on the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He definitely deserves the name. I was told by another company that to repair my bike after an accident it would cost at least 150€ and I believed it due to its dreadful state. This bike whisperer not only fixed it in 10 minutes but only asked for about 1 Starbucks coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, from the very beginning. Rude when answering questions, it almost felt like he was doing me a favor. And on top of it all, I had to go back, the bike wasn't properly fixed! The worst experience in the whole of NL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to pay more than 80 euros for a flat tire because he repeatedly failed in finding the problem and asked me to pay the whole price every time! I hope it would be the worst experience that I would have in the Netherlands. Never go to this place!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time I’ve used this shop and in all three cases I received excellent same day service for flat tire and/or brake repairs. As an Expat with only a bike for transportation I appreciate the quality and speed of repairs. I will continue to use and will continue to recommend. I fail to understand how anyone would or could give a 1 star rating to this shop.
