This place is insane! Do not recommend! To start they have insane book rules that nobody tells you about when you sign the "contract". Candles and heaters are not allowed. Just saying. The reception women and the maintenance people come inside when they want because they have a master key. They come in even when you are inside your home! It happened already few times with EVERYBODY living here. One time they did maintenance in my roof window at 7am! Me and my boyfriend went to sleep 4 am the previous night because we had evening shift. We woke up with a man drilling our roof window and looking inside. We woke up and obviously we call the police. The maintenance man literally run away. The police man call the landlord and he said he didn't had any information that somebody would repair something that day... Other situation, I was home alone listening music with headphones and some man come inside saying he came to repair something in the toilet. I told him to came later when I am not alone at home. The last situation was that my bicicle disappeared. There was a really similar bicicle with the same problems as mine had in front of the reception and obviously I thought it was mine. Which it wasn't my bicicle. Next day I asked the reception women if she knew something about what happened to the bicicles. She said that she had no idea and she told us also that few time ago they trow away some "extra" bicicles that where in the parking place because she claim it doesn't belong to nobody. So they hire a company to trow away people's bicicles! Now the landlord wants to be major of this municipality and the reception women told us (and all the residents) that if we don't use the vote we can just sign the vote papers and give to her so she just vote for him with our names... How legal is all of this?!
