★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend this housing agency to anyone!
The apartments look nice, however this is only from the outside!
The administration working there does horrible job solving the issues and communication is non existing.
We decided to move out and informed them by email. It took us two weeks to get any sort of reply. Later as we asked for more information regarding this we haven't received a single response even though 3 different people sent an email, called or tried to reach them in their office.
The person working in their local office claims that she work for the department of another city and also couldn't helped us answering any of other questions.
Additional for their communication the apartments lack ventilation. There is no extraction or old air and supplied fresh air for the mezzanine floors. The old heritage windows are cold in the winter and cause condensation of water on the window sills. The floors are badly insulated so if someone is having a party the vibration sound come very easy.
You are also charged extra service fees which include only a few events that is for the people.
Anyone thinking of this as a beautiful place to move, think twice about it!
