H	Hans van den Doel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak geannuleerd. Zou terugbetaald worden. Ben nu al weken aan het bellen voor de terugbetaling. Alles zou geregeld worden,. Half uur in de wacht iedere keer. Er is altijd wat. Antwoordbandje zegt alles twee keer, geen bevestigingsmail. Bah! Appointment cancelled. Would be refunded. Been calling for a refund for weeks now. Everything would be arranged. On hold for half an hour each time. There is always something. Reply tape says everything twice, no confirmation email. Bah!
R	Rik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik positief met corona naar the corona lab voor de benodigde positieve uitslag herstelbewijs. Aangegeven aan de dame dat ik corona heb. Hier reageerde ze bijzonder blij op. Ik de €100 betaald en de speekseltest gedaan. Volgende dag krijg ik de uitslag NEGATIEF! Na 5 positieve thuistesten ik dus zelfde dag nog naar ggd gegaan voor een test deze was POSITIEF. Ik dus corona lab gebeld voor een refund aangezien de test foutief was. Eerste 2 hingen gewoon op nadat ik rustig de situatie uit had gelegd. De 3e beloofde mij dat ik binnen 2 uur teruggebeld zou worden en dat zou geregeld worden. Uiteraard nooit meer iets gehoord en krijg ze niet meer te pakken.. €100 weg en waarschijnlijk mijn positieve substantie aan iemand anders gegund voor herstelbewijs! Kortom: OPLICHTERS I positive with corona to the corona lab for the necessary positive result of recovery certificate. Indicated to the lady that I have corona. She was very happy about this. I paid the $100 and did the saliva test. The next day I get the result NEGATIVE! After 5 positive home tests, I went to the GGD the same day for a test, which was POSITIVE. So I called corona lab for a refund because the test was wrong. The first 2 just hung up after I calmly explained the situation. The 3rd promised me that I would be called back within 2 hours and that would be arranged. Of course never heard anything again and can't get hold of them anymore.. €100 away and probably awarded my positive substance to someone else for proof of recovery! In short: SCAMMERS
A	Anouk van der Heijden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier geweest voor testen voor toegang, nooit een mail met uitslag gekregen. Proberen te bellen maar half uur aan de lijn gehangen zonder antwoord. Ook nooit meer een mail gehad en nergens antwoord op. In een woord slecht. Been here for access testing, never got an email with results. Tried to call but hung up on the line for half an hour with no answer. Never got an email again and never answered. In a word bad.

I	Irina Popa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ! I booked 2 test and tried to cancel them but their server is not working . They are a company of scam . The worst customer service ever . I called a lot of times, emailed them 5 times , I tried to send the complaint on the website(always server error) , the email of the complaint also doesn't exist .
v	vera dow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cancelled my bookings for 2 tests on time, I was promised reimbursements but after 8 weeks, 5 emails and 3 phone calls I still havent' received my money back. I do not recommend The Corona Lab, very poor customer service.
S	S G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the appointment last week but didn't receive a confirmation. Send them an email, no reply. Called 3 times on different days, no reply. After sending another email I finally got a confirmation the day before the test. The test was 09 AM. Our flight next day at 12. We waited the whole day, no result. Got the result in the middle of the night, but unfortunately stressed all night since they are not able to respond in short amount of time. Wouldn't advise to go, last time I went there.
