★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all costs. Even after showing a photo of what I wanted, and explaining that I only wanted a tiny bit shorter on the bottom and sides, the man shaved my hair totally short all over. Clearly doesn’t listen to what the customer wants. Worst hair cut ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came there a year ago to cut my hair and the woman did a lovely work. The second time, my hair was completely destroyed, the guy - although friendly - obviously had little experience in cutting and doing the work as he was following the instructions of the 'boss'. The next day my skull was damaged due to the product used and I started loosing a lot of my hair. After a diagnosis by another hairdresser, it was clear that the product used was not correct. I came back to explain the situation and the 'boss' did not want to hear anything, he did not even look at my scull and the damages and said that it was my problem. I don't really get why he was so unfriendly as I did not even ask for a refund of the 65 euros but for advice of products to cover what had been done wrongly.

They were very friendly and the quality of the service was also valuable.
The pricing is the most fair I’ve had in Amsterdam (€45 for a full coloring), i’d absolutely recommend it.
