★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever wondered "why the hell should I go to a physical store when I can order online from a big gigastore", try this place. Once.
Not only will you not pay more, you'll see what it means to be offered a client experience, as opposed to 'just a transaction'. These guys go above and beyond in support and service, and chances are, you'll return often, for shopping, for advice, for tech support or for just a chat.
This kind of place is the reason people suddenly start using the hashtag #shoplocal every time they can.
(And just a small detail: I drove about 2 hours for their service. So "local" is a pretty broad concept.)

They have a great selection of boutique brands, among which are also some of the less well known brands, which makes visiting this store a must for those who haven't had the chance to see it!

The Guitarshop employees were forthcoming, helpful and friendly.
They went through the trouble of recording a video comparing two guitars I was interested in. In the end, when I wasn't happy with some details in the guitar, they did everything to fix the issues before shipping it so that I'm satisfied with the purchase.
I really appreciate this kind of treatment and would definitely return to make my purchases here in the future.
