★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft so nah am Zentrum wahrscheinlich ok. Man darf nicht zu empfindlich sein, was die Sauberkeit angeht. Es kamen doch ein paar Haare unterm Bett hervor und zwei kleine Tierchen krabbelten durch die Gegend aber sonst war es absolut ok. Das Personal vor Ort hat alles sofort korrigiert und auch mach Bitten per Whatsapp Geschirrspülmittel und weitere Handtücher vorbei gebracht. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns vor Ort auch gesagt, wo wir kostenlos parken können. Kaffee und Tee waren auch in der Küchenencke. Das hat alles super geklappt. Etwas schwierig war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Da hat man doch mal ein paar Tage auf eine E-Mail Antwort gewartet oder auch gar keine bekommen. Ebenso der Anruf „30 Minuten vor Ankunft“. Der blieb erst mal 15 Minuten erfolglos und als wir dann da waren, dauerte es noch 30 Minuten bis jemand von der Unterkunft kam und uns reingelassen hat. Da mussten wir auch öfters anrufen, nachdem es hieß „der Kollege ist an der Ecke“ und war dann nach 15 Minuten noch nicht da. Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen, man kann schön in die City spazieren, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Gegend und kostenlos parken konnte man auch.
For the price, the accommodation so close to the center is probably ok. You shouldn't be too sensitive when it comes to cleanliness. A few hairs came out from under the bed and two small animals crawled through the area but otherwise it was absolutely okay. The on-site staff corrected everything immediately and also brought dishwashing detergent and other towels over via Whatsapp. The employee also told us on site where we can park for free. Coffee and tea were also in the kitchen corner. Everything worked out great. Communication in advance was a bit difficult. You waited a few days for an e-mail answer or didn't get any at all. Likewise the call "30 minutes before arrival". It was unsuccessful for 15 minutes and when we were there, it took another 30 minutes until someone came from the accommodation and let us in. We had to call several times after they said “the colleague is on the corner” and then after 15 minutes we weren't there. All in all, however, to be recommended, you can take a nice walk into the city, supermarkets and restaurants are in the area and you could also park for free.

Temperature in the shower was eather too cold or too hot and was also leaking, in the kitchen rubbish bag was full and smelly.
TV box did not work, we could only watch YouTube via chromecast.
