β β β β β Mooi filiaal aan een ruime parkeerplaats. Je hoeft niet lang te wachten over het algemeen en het personeel is vriendelijk. Echter zouden 3 minuten meer aandacht aan een mannenkapsel een hoop gemiste haartjes schelen
 Nice branch on a spacious parking lot. You don't have to wait long overall and the staff are friendly. However, 3 minutes more attention to a men's haircut would save a lot of missed hairs

β β β β β Voor de 3e keer in 6 maanden bij dit filiaal geweest. En het valt voor de 3e keer tegen. (bij 2 verschillende kapsters.)
Ik ga al jaren naar de hairhub en het eerdere knip en go. Ook de filialen in Anrhem en Nijmegen bezoek ik regelmatig.
Bij het filiaal in Winterswijk wordt er niet geluisterd naar hoe je het geknipt wil hebben.
Als je zegt: de zijkanten mogen oplopen qua lengte dan knippen ze het op één lengte.
Als je vervolgens zegt dat dit niet de bedoeling was dan krijg je te horen dat het lekker handig en praktisch is. Leuk, maar mij gaat het erom dat het er fatsoenlijk uitziet.
Een bezoek aan dit filiaal voelt voor mij onpersoonlijk en weinig meegaand.
Been to this branch for the 3rd time in 6 months. And it is disappointing for the 3rd time. (at 2 different hairdressers.)
I have been going to the hairhub for years and the earlier cut and go. I also regularly visit the branches in Anrhem and Nijmegen.
At the branch in Winterswijk, people do not listen to how you want it cut.
If you say: the sides can go up in length then they cut it to one length.
If you then say that this was not the intention, you will be told that it is nice and handy and practical. Nice, but for me it's about looking decent.
A visit to this branch feels impersonal and uncomfortable to me.
