★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant that I should really visit more often than I do. It's a family run restaurant with a great atmosphere and the food is always wonderful. They make pretty much everything themselves (except for the whisky and ice-cream). Whisky lovers will find this place to be a heaven. One can easily recommend to go there just for everything else if whisky is not your thing.
The last 2 times I have been just for the food. Almost had everything on their menu. It very hard to choose a favourite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience! You would not expect this from the outside but we felt transferred to Scotland for a couple of hours. We were greeted by the very friendly, heartwarming owners. The food was amazing and the selection of Whisky is endless.
Yes it might be a little bit pricey but it is worth every cent. We will definitely come back when we are around again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. The owners are really nice people and are up for a talk. They love their Scottish roots and it shows. The food is amazing and there's a huge collection of whiskey. The decorations in the restaurant are done in a really cool way too. It's filled with lots of different Scottish items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t say enough good things about this place! Visited this place as my partner is Scottish and we were so glad to make the trip to Alkmaar. The owner was candid and friendly with us. The place is decorated to give that cosy feel with countless bottles of whiskies on the walls. But most of all the food was amazing!! We had the three course meal and we were not disappointed. Managed to steal a few bites from a friend to try the venison and sticky toffee pudding and they were just cooked to perfection. Definitely will be returning!
