Meerdere producten gekocht bij deze winkel en enkel goede ervaringen. Friendly staff that has offered a good solution for a Herschel bag with a defect within the warranty. I was allowed to find a new one. Multiple products purchased at this store and only good experiences.

D	Dennis de Jong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een winkel in Delft waar klantvriendelijkheid niet bestaat en ze ondernemerschap niet begrijpen. Door de jaren heen aardig wat producten gekocht, diverse secrid wallets, tassen, accesoires etc. Zo ook een Cowboy Bag dames tas van over de 200 Euro. Binnen een jaar de rits kapot en diverse andere slijtage dus onder garantie opgestuurd. Dit duurde maar liefst 6 weken.... eindelijk een gerepareerde tas terug gekregen. Na nog geen half jaar wederom de rits volledig lost gekomen en stuk.... Nu helaas buiten de officiele garantie want op de reparatie geeft The Little Green Bag geen garantie werd ons verteld. Dit accepterende vragen wij de medewerksters in Delft of ze dan de tas op willen sturen ter reparatie en wij gewoon voor de reparatie zullen betalen. Helaas konden wij de originele kassabon niet meer vinden dus konden ze niets voor ons beteken... zelfs niet als wij er gewoon voor willen betalen. In hun systeem kunnen ze niets meer vinden over de reparatie en ook op onze klantenkaart is deze tas op mysterieuze wijze verdwenen terwijl de andere aankopen nog wel zichtbaar zijn. Onder druk van ons belde de medewerker met het hoofdkantoor waarop nogmaals werd bevestigd dat zonder bon ze geen tas ter reparatie kunnen opsturen. De suggestie werd gedaan om zelf contact met Cowboy Bag op te nemen. Wij wijzen daarop de medewerkers op hun verantwoordelijkheid als winkel, hun hebben het product verkocht en zijn dus ons aanspreekpunt. De reactie van beide medewerkers was dat de winkel slechts een doorgeefluik is en ze geen verantwoordelijkheid hebben. Verder melden ze ons dat de wettelijke garantie van 1 jaar was verstreken en ze dus gewoon hun handen er officieel vanaf mogen trekken. Wat een klantvriendelijkheid naar vaste klanten. Leuk feit is dat Cowboy Bag failliet is en is overgenomen door The Little Green Bag en we dus eigenlijk daadwerkelijk weer bij hun zouden moeten aankloppen als we hun suggestie zouden opvolgen. Inmiddels de tas bij de schoenmaker (schoen-en-sleutelservice sven in Delft) gebracht die ons zeer klantvriendelijk te woord stond en de tas binnen 2 dagen met nieuwe rits bij ons zal terug bezorgen. The Little Green Bag in Delft.... koop er alleen producten wanner je geen aanspraak hoeft te doen op de aftersales want die bieden ze niet... A store in Delft where customer friendliness does not exist and they do not understand entrepreneurship. Over the years bought quite a few products, various secrid wallets, bags, accessories etc. Similarly a Cowboy Bag ladies bag of over 200 Euro. Within a year the zipper broken and various other wear so sent under warranty. This took no less than 6 weeks .... finally received a repaired bag. After less than half a year the zipper was completely released and broken .... Now unfortunately outside the official guarantee because the repair gives The Little Green Bag no guarantee, we were told. Accepting this we ask the employees in Delft if they want to send the bag for repair and we will just pay for the repair. Unfortunately we could not find the original receipt anymore so they could mean nothing to us ... even if we just want to pay for it. In their system they can no longer find anything about the repair and also on our customer card this bag has mysteriously disappeared while the other purchases are still visible. Under pressure from us, the employee called the head office, once again confirming that without a receipt they cannot send a bag for repair. The suggestion was made to contact Cowboy Bag themselves. We then remind employees of their responsibility as a store, they have sold the product and are therefore our point of contact. The response from both employees was that the store is only a conduit and they have no responsibility. They also inform us that the legal warranty of 1 year had expired and that they can therefore officially pull their hands off. What a customer-friendliness to regular customers. The nice fact is that Cowboy Bag is bankrupt and has been taken over by The Little Green Bag and that we should actually come back to them if we followed their suggestion. Meanwhile, the bag at the shoemaker (shoe and key service sven in Delft) brought to us very customer friendly and the bag within 2 days with new zipper will deliver to us. The Little Green Bag in Delft .... only buy products when you do not have to claim after sales because they do not offer ...
T	Timo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim aanbod, maar niet erg toeschietelijk personeel. Ik was op zoek naar een lederen werktas, maar heb die uiteindelijk gekocht bij Stuivenga, enkele straten verder. Wide range, but not very accommodating staff. I was looking for a leather work bag, but ended up buying it from Stuivenga, a few blocks away.

Just been in shop, staff completely unsuitable and no attention to customers. We walked on to Stuvinga and passed well there.
