★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The client service number is of no help. I have been overcharged and had to pay shipping fees AND VAT so the product ended up being so expensive! When I called they had no idea about how much that would cost and couldn't help me. Terrible service and experience I feel robbed! And returning the unwanted items would cost me even more!!!

Despite the claim on their website ("we choose to unburden our customers by handling the important formalities and paying the the import VAT/duties that are due"), they evidently have no experience in shipping items overseas, and they will not pay for local taxes and handling, so you will have to pay for all these extra costs without the option of shipping items back. Of course, they will not answer your claims. A well deserved one star.
