★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed! I waited 45minutes for my appointment because they were very later! I totally understand that it can happen, but an appology would have been welcome! After the waxing they spread a cream on the waxed area which was hurting my skin so much. The day after I thought I got an allergy, but my doctor told me that it wasn't an allergy but a bacteria for lack of hygiene ... I had cuts everywhere on all the areas I got waxed, leg, eyebrows ... Etc ! Be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG! :D Literally worst eye brow job I have seen in a long time. My GF is a natural beauty and went to get minor corrections done on her eyebrows. Now I can't stop looking at her without cracking up in laughter. Boyfriends, keep your gals away from that shop would you? :DD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting the luxury floor already for many years, and it is my go-to place for doing my eyebrows and full waxes.
I have never experienced someone (Ilham, the owner) being so extremely precise and adept when doing eyebrows, and the end result is always stunning. Ilham always makes sure she takes all the time needed to do her job properly, and makes you feel like a princess.
Next to this, the salon is beautiful and feels like a true moment of indulgence.
No matter where I live in the world, I will always come back for her expertise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very friendly. It was my first time at this salon. My eyebrows were nicely shaped, however the henna treatment was not applied properly. After the treatment I noticed that half of my eyebrow was not coloured well.. The stylist acknowledged this and reapplied more dye. Afterwards the result seemed too dark but she assured me it would fade a bit within a few days. I left the salon happy. The colour did fade, however the part they had to dye again also nearly completely faded within 4 days.. So I'm stuck with half an eyebrow without coloring on one side, which is quite a disappointment considering the amount I paid.
