★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is well mentained, in a very good location, with Oosterpark nearby, short walk from public transportation and 35-45 min walk from city center. Everybody was helpful and provided with every information necessary. From renting bikes (from Hotel parking lot) to bringing and iron machine to the room, all was facilitated in a friendly manner.
The only small issues concerned the noise, especially at night, for the rooms (as mine) located towards the main boulevard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice hotel. Great location for public transportation and nice restaurants near by. The rooms were nice. Only slight down fall is I wish it was in walking distance of more but honestly I could always use the extra steps! Great hotel overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. The room is spacious though I'm not a huge fan of the frosted glass door for the bathroom as my daughter is also here with us but, other than that, a unique and interesting hotel. The staff have all been very nice.

I am reviewing on customer service alone as I have not stayed and will not stay. Since I made the booking, entry requirements to the Netherlands have changed and UK travellers must isolate for 10 days. We can only stay for 3 days and booked this in October but from 22/12 the entry requirements will change. The hotel will not allow date changes or give a refund for prebooked stays. A wonderful and flexible policy to adopt during these challenging times, even though we are giving the hotel as much notice as possible as per the governments travel requirement change, which was only announced in the last few days.
Thanks for keeping my money and providing nothing.
I am pretty sure that’s called theft, must be called something else in Amsterdam.
