★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een voormalig bejaardenhuis. Wat nu verhuurd wordt aan Jan en alleman. Wat op zich wel een goede zaak is. Echter het aanzicht van het gebouw is aanmerkelijk achteruit gegaan. Met name de opritten zien er rommelig uit met de 10 tallen neergezette fietsen. Hiernaast in de zomer behoorlijk wat geluidsoverlast. Wat voorheen onmogelijk was.
A former retirement home. Which is now rented out to Jan and everyone. Which in itself is a good thing. However, the appearance of the building has deteriorated considerably. The driveways in particular look messy with the 10 bicycles parked. In addition, in the summer quite a bit of noise nuisance. What was impossible before.
