Ze geven zelf 5 werkdagen aan op de site en na 4 weken nog steeds niets ontvangen, zelfs geen bericht dat het langer gaat duren.
Bij contact doet de verkoper nonchalant; Dat wordt nog niet geleverd.
Na te vragen wanneer wel geeft hij zichzelf een week.
Als je dan de lettertjes gaat lezen staat er dat ze zichzelf 30 dagen nemen, hiervan wordt je dus niet op de hoogte gesteld.
Er zijn 100 andere plantenbedrijven waar je veel beter je planten kunt kopen en die tenminste leveren en/of de klant informeren wat er fout gaat.

Heb geld teruggevraagd en koop ongedaan laten maken door niet leveren en geen verdere info binnen 30 dagen.

They themselves indicate 5 working days on the site and after 4 weeks still have not received anything, not even a message that it will take longer.

If you then read the print it says that they take themselves 30 days, so you will not be notified of this.
There are 100 other plant companies where it is much better to buy your plants and at least deliver and/or inform the customer what is going wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 5 weken wachten vandaag mijn bestelling binnengekregen. Ik kwam er na het bestellen achter dat ik een plantje vergeten was. Achteraan gemaild, werd snel en vriendelijk gezegd dat deze bijgevoegd zou worden. Ik heb gevraagd om een betaalverzoek of factuur, maar nooit een reactie gekregen, plantje was ook niet bijgevoegd.
Planten zaten vreemd en houtje touwtje verpakt. Ze waren op elkaar gestapeld en de doos puilde letterlijk uit. Zaten ook allemaal gekke plastic verpakkingen omheen.
Bijgevoegd de foto's van de kwaliteit. 1 plant anders geleverd dan besteld zonder overleg en ook zonder aangeven ontbrak 1 plant. Van te voren aangeven zou zeer prettig zijn.
Heb ze gemaild hierover en kreeg direct een net mailtje terug. Ik krijg geld terug van 2 van de slechte planten en van het niet geleverde plantje. Verder waren er "redenen" waarom andere planten klein of slecht waren, dus geen vergoeding. Persoonlijk heb ik bij andere kwekerijen of tuincentra nooit planten gezien van dermate kwaliteit. Komt over alsof er te weinig aandacht aan de plantjes, de verzorging en het inpakken is gegeven.
De foto's geven aan wat er verder mis is. Ik ga hier helaas niet meer bestellen. Jammer, want ik werd heel erg enthousiast van het aanbod.
After 5 weeks of waiting I received my order today. After ordering I found out that I had forgotten a plant. Emailed at the back, was quickly and kindly said that it would be attached. I asked for a payment request or invoice, but never got a response, plant was not attached either.
Plants were packed strangely and loosely. They were stacked on top of each other and the box was literally bulging. There were also all kinds of crazy plastic packaging around it.
Attached the pictures of the quality. 1 plant delivered differently than ordered without consultation and also without stating 1 plant was missing. To indicate in advance would be very nice.
Emailed them about this and got an email right away. I get money back from 2 of the bad plants and from the undelivered plant. Furthermore, there were "reasons" why other plants were small or bad, so no compensation. Personally, I have never seen plants of such quality at other nurseries or garden centers. Comes across as if too little attention has been given to the plants, care and packaging.
The photos show what else is wrong. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again. Too bad, because I was very excited about the offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I concur with the other reviews that you should avoid ordering from this company. Ordered on May 11th and still have not received the single plant I ordered. After reading these reviews, I am afraid of what I will see when/if it ever arrives. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mail advertised 5 day delivery, 2 weeks later and nothing. Then i sent a mail wondering where the hell my order was, and a week later it finally arrived. In the end they never responded to my mail though.
Plants themselves were also sad, and all on the verge of dying. The basil plant i ordered was infested with mealybugs too..... worthless company

The plant quickly started to look poorly so I put it in my greenhouse and kept a good eye on it. After a month nothing had grown, leaves looked bad and two stalks even lost all leaves.
I decided to see if there was any root issue and to my surprise there were hardly any roots to begin with PLUS they left the seeding pot on. They just sent me sticks in soil hoping for them to grow roots. Terrible!
Exactly 3 weeks for plant to ship, no problem as this was communicated.
Plant arrived in a huge box, soil spilled and honestly the plant is not at all what i would expect to receive. It looks scraggly and the leaves are a bit sad.
They have a great selection of plants but as they don’t show u the actual possible plant and its size I wouldn’t recommend buying from this shop. Let alone their poor packaging for shipping.
