Top service! Use has already been made several times of shoe repair and weekly clean laundry. Saves a lot of time, especially with a little one at home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring hiermee! ik heb schoenen voor reparatie aangeboden en het is nu al 3 weken geleden en ik heb mijn schoenen nog niet terug. De schoenen werden in eerste instantie niet eens opgehaald, terwijl ik wel netjes vóór de afgesproken tijd de schoenen had ingeleverd. Deze service zou gemak moeten bieden, maar niets is minder waar. Het kost tijd en levert frustratie op, want ik moet overal zelf achteraan bellen om te kijken waarom mijn schoenen niet werden opgehaald en nu om te kijken waar mijn schoenen uberhaupt blijven! Dit was de eerste en gelijk ook de laatste keer dat ik gebruik maar van The Office Service.
Very bad experience with this! I have offered shoes for repair and it is already 3 weeks ago and I have not returned my shoes yet. The shoes were not even picked up at first, while I had handed in the shoes just before the agreed time. This service should offer convenience, but nothing is less true. It takes time and causes frustration, because I have to call back myself to see why my shoes were not picked up and now to see where my shoes will stay at all! This was the first and also the last time I use but from The Office Service.

On one occasion they didn't fold my shirts and still charged the full amount. That's okay, it that can happen...
However, last week, they were supposed to deliver my clothes at 6PM and so I waited more than half an hour. I came back in the morning; nothing there, I called them, and apparently they had issues (apparently they could not find a gaping hole in my pants) and they just didn't deliver them. Didn't even bother letting me know.
The next day, in the afternoon after I was told they would have been there, guess what; nothing. To add insult to injury the hole wasn't even fixed. The icing on the cake was that they still charged me the full amount.
I never experienced such absolute incompetence and I discourage anyone from making use of their services.
EDIT: Grasping at straws doesn’t seem the best strategy given the situation, but now you are making it worse by outright lying. I did not receive an email stating the order would be delayed nor there was any warning of on the website.
EDIT 2: Almost one year after this they charged me (for whatever reason) €50. What a bunch of scammers.
