Mijn vrouw heeft een overheerlijke pizza gegeten, kids nog een lekker ijsje na en heel vriendelijk personeel The best hair salon EVER eaten here. My wife ate a delicious pizza, kids had a nice ice cream after and very friendly staff

Kroket zelf ook zeker niet van hoogstaande kwaliteit. Bah bah en nog eens bah What a horrible grumpy man. So incredibly unfriendly and snappy. Dry croquette sandwich, which doesn't even fit a little mustard. Croquette itself is certainly not of high quality. Bah bah and again bah

Maar geen 5 sterren waard vanwege: - chagrijnig personeel. als ik er iets bestel heb ik echt het idee dat ik ze tot last ben (....) - veel fouten in de bestelling. De ene keer ontbreekt er iets, de andere keer krijg je totaal iets anders. Dit komt bij ons geregeld voor. Volgens mij zijn deze 2 zaken vrij eenvoudig op te lossen. Laat anders het personeel van de cafetaria uit de Jol het eens voordoen. Of desnoods Gordon Ramsay. Dat wordt dan wel lachen. One of the better cafeterias in Lelystad in terms of food. But not worth 5 stars because of: - grumpy staff. when I order something I really feel like I'm a burden to them (....) - many errors in the order. Sometimes something is missing, other times you get something completely different. This happens regularly with us. I think these 2 issues are pretty easy to fix. Otherwise, let the cafeteria staff from De Jol show it to you. Or even Gordon Ramsay. That will be a laugh.

Ik ging bellen en er werd opgehangen midden in het gesprek. The food came after an hour and forty-five minutes. Wrong order and no idea what the vegetarian snacks were. I called and they hung up in the middle of the call.

Inmiddels al een uur de bevestiging binnen dat het afgeleverd is maar om 18.30 nog niets gezien. Wij snappen dat het op zondag wat drukker is maar stuur dan geen bevestiging dat het 60 minuten zou duren. Bellen heeft geen zin want of er word niet opgenomen en daarna al een half uur in gesprek dus de hoorn ernaast. Eindelijk de bestelling gekregen maar zonder patat en groente dus weer gebelt en weer in gesprek. Dus ik er naar toe gereden want €40 aan eten is een hoop geld en daar werd net gedaan of ik het verhaal verzon of zo. Mijn benzinekosten zijn bijna hoger dan wat het patat waard is en mijn eten werd koud. Daarbij vonden wij alle 3 dat het patat en de bestelde loempia niet te eten was. Ordered on Sunday at 4.30 pm and was told it would take 60 minutes for it to be delivered. That's fine because our guest has to get back on the road in time. The confirmation has been received for an hour now that it has been delivered, but at 18.30 we still have not seen anything. We understand that it is a bit busier on Sundays, but please do not send confirmation that it would take 60 minutes. Calling makes no sense because either there will be no answer and after that already half an hour of conversation, so the receiver is next to it. Finally received the order but without fries and vegetables so called again and again in conversation. So I drove there because €40 in food is a lot of money and they pretended I was making up the story or something. My gas costs are almost more than the fries are worth and my food went cold. In addition, all 3 of us found that the fries and the ordered spring roll were inedible.
