★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een vreselijke dikke tang staat daar zeg. Wij vragen of ze misschien kan zien wat er gebeurd is met ons pakket, en het enige wat ze kan blaten is dat het een groot en zwaar pakket is. Dat weet ik ook wel, daar heb ik ook dik voor betaald, en dat geeft niet, maar dan kun je toch ook normaal zeggen, iets van, ik zie niets bijzonders?? Nee, ze schreeuwt gewoon. Ik ben benieuwd waar ik een klacht in kan dienen!
What a terribly thick pair of tongs is there. We ask if she can see what happened to our package, and all she can say is that it is a big and heavy package. I know that, I also paid a lot for that, and that doesn't matter, but then you can also say normally, something like, I don't see anything special ?? No, she just screams. I am curious where I can file a complaint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gepobeerd een pakket op te halen maar deze werd niet mee gegeven omdat de readshop hun adres er op stond maar mijn naam. Fout van de leverancier door het pakket eerst bij de ah neer te leggen die het vervolgens naar de Readshop bracht. Weinig begrip van het personeel en absoluut niet bereidwilligheid om tot een oplossing te komen. Erg jammer.
Tried to pick up a package but it was not given because the readshop their address was on it but my name. Mistake by the supplier by first depositing the package at the ah who then took it to the Readshop. Little understanding of the staff and absolutely unwillingness to come to a solution. Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op vrijdag naar de winkel gegaan om mijn pakket op te halen. Dit pakket was niet te vinden maar zou 2 dagen ervoor daar afgeleverd worden. Buiten gebeld naar het bedrijf waar gezegd werd dat de readshop mijn pakket geweigerd heeft omdat hun naam erop stond en niet t.a.v. mijn naam. Ik heb 10 minuten in de winkel gestaan en kreeg niet de indruk dat medewerkers blij zijn met de pakketjes service. Er was bij iedereen wel iets en soms waren ze alles behalve vriendelijk.
Went to the store on Friday to pick up my package. This package could not be found but would be delivered there 2 days before. Called outside to the company where it was said that the readshop refused my package because their name was on it and not with regard to my name. I was in the store for 10 minutes and did not get the impression that employees are happy with the parcel service. There was something for everyone and sometimes they were anything but friendly.
