Toen het pakketje werd opgehaald snauwde ze je af en vroeg of we het pakketje niet meer hier heen wilden sturen. Dit zullen we ook zeker niet meer doen, zodat we je niet meer tot last zijn. Wat een slechte service! Very unfriendly, called or package arrives. Employee refuses to look between the boxes to see if the package is included. When the package was picked up, she snapped at you and asked if we wanted to send the package here again. We will certainly no longer do this, so that we will no longer be a burden to you. What a bad service!

Ze is zeer klantonvriendelijk! Het andere personeel is erg vriendelijk dus je kunt er gerust lekker rondkijken maar wees op je hoede als deze dame achter de kassa staat! Great business, but there has been a woman with a sturdy build, glasses and a nice short spicy hairstyle who has a very nasty personality. She is very customer-unfriendly! The other staff is very friendly so you can have a look around but be wary if this lady is behind the till!

No matter if you come to send some packages, buy a new pen, some refills for that pen, other writing stuff, or reading stuff. Very big for a Readshop too! Also, aside of the regular pens, has a nice collection of Lamy pens. Writes better than cheap ones and last you a lifetime if you're careful. And it's nice to be able to feel how they fall in your hand and how much they weight before buying, since they can be pricey.
