★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer klantonvriendelijkheid ( meneer) totaal niet oplossingsgericht! Bij het ophalen van een pakket: het is er niet, bij navraag zeker weten niet? Antwoord van dhr: niet mijn probleem, moet je maar andere Post nl punten in Winterswijk benaderen. Klaar..... enigszins verbaasd weggegaan.... Zo ga je niet met klanten om !
Very customer unfriendly (sir) not solution-oriented at all! When picking up a package: it is not there, are you sure not when you inquire? Answer from mr: not my problem, you should approach other Post nl points in Winterswijk. Done ..... left somewhat surprised .... You don't treat customers like that!
