★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had multiple experiences at this store and PostNL location. None of them were good. Some were tolerable.
The last one was a few weeks ago when a packages arrived. It had a worth of a few hundred euro and was needed professionally from my side.
I called PostNL before I went there to check it was there. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have it. They had no solution and offered no help whatsoever. They clearly didn’t wanna look further.
I called PostNL, who called them again and suddenly the package was there. All in all a sad story that cost me 2 days and riding back and forth with a rented car, as we don’t owe one
One more note: they don’t stick to the COVID-guidelines. The store allows 8 people, but was packed. Customers left, worried for their safety. People are standing way to close and the employees, owners do nothing about it.
I rarely am so harsh, but this store should be closed and no longer servicing anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why all the bad reviews - they were very helpful to me (I was helped by a man and woman). One of the men spoke pretty loud so maybe that came off as rude to some people but I didn’t find it offensive, plus they gave me advice that turned out to be helpful when I wanted to suspend my scooter registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a older lady with white hair and glasses working. She os unbelievably rude. I went to ask if my package was there ,i had my id and also the bar-code. She was unable to find my package. So i left ,but i immediately called to the post.nl ,they confirmed that the package was indeed in the ReadShop. So today i was able to have post.nl person call to the shop and surprise, surprise indeed my package was there.
I went to pick it up immediately, the same lady did not offer any apologies and also went on that there's no house number and name on package, i pointed them out for her ,as they where written down not once ,but even twice.
Still no apology.
I am very disappointed.
Plus this is not the first time the service there is just not ok,just this time it went way too far.
