Gaat op zich prima , super beleefd en goede service maar soms niet handig dat er maar 1 werknemer is op drukke tijdstippen Recently new people. In itself goes great, super polite and good service but sometimes not handy that there is only 1 employee at busy times
G	Gerda Sevenhuijsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onzettend onaardig personeel. We wilden een pakketje terugbrengen maar hadden het etiket er nog niet opgeplakt omdat we niet zeker wisten of het de goede was. We vroegen dit, maar de medewerker wilde ons niet helpen 'we zijn alleen een afleverpunt' de rest moesten we zelf maar uitzoeken. We mochten niet eens plakband lenen om het etiket vast te plakken. Ronduit slechte service! Incredibly unkind staff. We wanted to return a package but hadn't put the label on it yet because we weren't sure if it was the right one. We asked this, but the employee did not want to help us 'we are only a delivery point', we had to figure out the rest ourselves. We were not even allowed to borrow adhesive tape to stick the label. Utterly bad service!

Zoals bij andere reviews al werd genoemd, ronduit slechte service! Ik raad het afnemen van producten hier af. When they cannot earn something, such as when delivering a package, these people are not customer-friendly and think along. As mentioned in other reviews, downright bad service! I do not recommend purchasing products here.

Het staat je natuurlijk vrij om als winkel te kiezen voor slechte service, maar natuurlijk heb je als PostNL-afleverpunt niet alleen je eigen belangen te behartigen. Ook moet je natuurlijk het één en ander weten van hoe een pakketje juist verstuurd dient te worden, dat was absoluut niet het geval. Ik heb PostNL ingelicht over de slechte service en kwaliteit van deze winkel en ik hoop dat er wat aan wordt gedaan. Very unfriendly staff. I thought a store was all about good service, that is absolutely not the case here. You are of course free to choose poor service as a store, but of course as a PostNL delivery point you do not only have to represent your own interests. Of course you also need to know a few things about how to send a package correctly, that was absolutely not the case. I have informed PostNL about the poor service and quality of this store and I hope that something will be done about it.
m	martijn norg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer klantvriendelijk. Boek van Harry potter besteld soft kaft en we krijgen een telefoontje uw boek is binnen. Is er een hard kaft besteld van bijna 10,- duurder. De reactie die je krijgt ja die andere was niet leverbaar. Lijkt me toch dat je dan contact opneemt met de koper voor akkoord. In plaats van met een voorstel komen is het gewoon keihard ik bestel nooit meer wat voor je. Wat een enorm slecht service en enorm NIET klantvriendelijk. Zal deze shop ook niet aanraden bij vrienden en familie Very customer friendly. Harry Potter book ordered soft cover and we get a call your book has arrived. Was ordered a hard cover of almost 10,- more expensive. The response you get yes that other one was not available. I think you should contact the buyer for approval. Instead of coming up with a proposal it's just hard I'll never order anything for you again. What a very bad service and very NOT customer friendly. Will not recommend this shop to friends and family

Kom ik na dat ik in overleg ben geweest met bol.com en bol.com met postnl met de stoel bij de Readshop om hem te laten opsturen, nemen ze hem niet in. Meneer laat je niet uit praten en luister ook niet wat ik aan geef. Dit is weer een bevestiging dat readshop Ten Boer alleen bestaansrecht heeft door gebrek aan .concurrentie. As is often the case, no cooperative cooperation is possible from the owner of vd Readshop. I had to return an office chair to bol.com for my parents. After I have consulted with bol.com and bol.com with postnl with the chair at the Readshop to have it sent, they will not take it. Sir, don't let me talk you out, and don't listen to what I'm telling you. This is yet another confirmation that readshop Ten Boer only has a right to exist due to a lack of .competition.
