★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A package was delivered late on 31 Dec. to the Read Shop. They were closed on 2 Jan even though the website said they would be open. I went again on 3 Jan to pick up the package and the man helping me said it was not there. Post NL said it was there. So I went back a week later and they had already sent it back. No apologies. Won't be using them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man I absolutely hated having to go to this store to pick up packages. The employees are super unfriendly and go out of their way to worsen your day, e.g. by refusing to look for your package even though you have confirmation of arrival. Hopefully the times where you can make money with selling pretty much nothing but cigarettes are over soon, will be good riddance in this case.
