★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs heb ik bij deze leuke zaak een Sony ES versterker aangeschaft. Na thuiskomst bleek deze helaas een defect te hebben wat in de winkel niet naar voren kwam. Na contact te hebben gezocht met the record corner werd mij meteen medegedeeld dat ze er van baalden en het graag op wouden lossen. Ik heb de versterker uiteindelijk laten reparen en de kosten hebben we gedeeld. Ik kon de versterker ook terug brengen maar dat was ivm de reisafstand voor mij geen optie ( 213 km enkele reis). Ze kwamen zelf met het aanbod om te kosten te delen en dat is zeer netjes!
De service van deze zaak is ongekend en alles werd heel snel en positief opgepakt. Een aanrader voor iedereen die van mooie platen en vintage audio houdt!!
Recently I bought a Sony ES amplifier at this nice store. After returning home it unfortunately turned out to have a defect that was not revealed in the store. After contacting the record corner, I was immediately informed that they were fed up with it and would like to solve it. I eventually had the amplifier repaired and we shared the costs. I could also bring the amplifier back, but because of the travel distance that was not an option for me (213 km one way). They came up with the offer to share costs and that is very neat!
The service of this store is unprecedented and everything was handled very quickly and positively. A must for anyone who likes beautiful records and vintage audio !!
