Good stay the last week. Nice place & nice room. Widely enough for the price ... close to the train station and the center city ?

I only sirens the one night. But the bed where comfortable. Room spacey and clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh. The location next to the train station is ideal.

Decent hotel, next to the central station. You can park your car here for free after 19.00. Rooms are fine, clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Really conveniance near railway station. Breakfast a little pricy. We only stayed for the night and didn't need to use much of the facilities and services but the ones used were good.

Really warm welcoming from the lovely staff. The bedroom was clean and nice, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Right in front of Roosendaal train station so ideally located. I definitely recommend this place!

This place is very friendly and also very convenient for taking the train. If someone did not tell you a train station was across the street, you would not know trains were working. The trains are completely silent. The hotel has great breakfast options. This venue is part gallery of amazing artwork. Roosendaal, is a very peaceful town. I love it.

Dears, Be careful before starting to book from this Hotel. Central Hotel/Best Western Hotel/The Rosendale all are same. Sorry to share these comments, but I do not want anyone to face same bad experiences like me. First day: I came to hotel and saw that parking is possible according to booking.com remarks. I called reception. -Hello, where can I park? -There is no place for parking. You need you use official parking platz. Daily 10 € ? I parked my car and went to park automat machine. Coins are not accepted. Payment done only Visa and Maestro Card. I have global Master Card and it is not working for payment. Then called reception again. -Hello, coins and master card are not accepted. What should I do? -I don’t know. Good Luck. Sorry, you are responsible for customer satisfaction and guide me for parking. Zero customer support? Second day: Let’s see breakfast, because in booking.com, it seems open buffet. Result: No open buffet. It is not updated in booking.com?(answer from reception) Orange Juice+Coffee+ 2 piece of Tosts+Yoghurt etc. and guess the cost. 17€? 17 € for what??? I have cancelled breakfast option for the rest of days. Let’s talk about positive points: At least one Kettle+Refrigerator ? By the way, heating system is not working.? I have experienced like staying in a student dormitory. Internet Wifi was good until second day. When I reached the hotel at 21:00. I tried to use internet, but not working. Reception tried to support me “Sorry for that if you need internet, you can come to another building” I would like to appreciate her effort, but why did you wait to talk with call-center until 21:00. Sorry but again, customer support is not enough professional and strong. Next day, the problem has been solved? Let’s consider it as a positive point. During check-out, I asked breakfast open buffet issue and Let’s see answer -Yeah, but due the Covid Restrictions ? Sorry, you are not wearing mask anywhere Inside or Outside ? So it is clearly cost reduction strategy from hotel management with cheating people in booking.com As a result No more Rosendal, No more Rosendal or Central Hotel or Best Western Hotel whatever name you are using.
