★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just booked two massages at the Andaz spa. Our massage therapist clearly was not a trained masseur, he just applied pressure with his hands on your back and shuffled sheets around. When we complained, the Andaz staff just shrugged and said they outsourced the service and they couldn't help and still charged us full price. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a couples massage for Valentines. Very professional team, great setting and had some snacks and champagne waiting for us at the end. Hit the sauna for a bit before we went home and everything was great.
