Artikel 7 - Onderzoek, reclamaties
1. Indien Koper het Product ophaalt in de winkel, dient Koper het Product te passen en te controleren. Daarbij behoort Koper te onderzoeken of kwaliteit en kwantiteit van het geleverde overeenstemt met de Overeenkomst en het Product voldoet aan de eisen die daaraan in het normale (handels-) verkeer gelden.
2. Koper mag het Product binnen 14 dagen, na het ophalen in de winkel, retourneren indien het Product gebrekkig c.q. beschadigd is en deze niet op het eerste oog ontdekt had kunnen worden.
