The EVTS system is like nothing else: really clear and practical, it doesn’t deny the physical nature of singing - what classical teaching often seems to do. Joep is a teacher with a curious nature who really helps you to use your vocal chords th way you want to use them. Absolutely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joep is the perfect singing teacher. I came to him without any experience (couldn't hit any note and didn't even know if I am too low or too high, plus my voice was super thin). He explained me not only how to sing but also how my voice works, what kind of muscles I need to train and how to change the sound of my voice in any direction. On top of all of this he was always supportive of my song choices. So I ended up learning to sing while singing songs of The National, Beirut, Belle and Sebastian and many more.
