★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Window was unfortunately a big dissapointment for me, especially Romy that did my highlights (face frame). I came to this place because of its reputation, therefore I gave a complete freedom to the colorist with a single request : “I don’t dye my hair often and now I want some CHANGE in my color! First thing that I disliked was the fact that Romy came to check up on the color result once the blow dry was almost done; with a comment oh nice “almost summer natural” look. After 3h and 170euros, I left with practically the identical hair color I came in. Nobody noticed any change on me.
I really had high expectations for this place but I’m afraid it just became another victim of the Instagram world. With that being said, I will not return to this hairsalon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bob cut and I specifically told that I wanted the front parts the same length as the back creating a straight line from the side, but in the end the fronts were MUCH longer than the back. Then I made another appointment to fix it. My hair just got shorter but the fronts are slightly longer than the back. Now I can't cut it for the 3rd time because it is already much shorter than what I wanted in the first place. I experienced A HUGE disappointment. I would NEVER come to the hairs aloon again. And if you want a sharp hair cut, think of another place because some of the hairdressers working there don't even know how to use the hair trimmer to make the cut sharper... No words left to describe my frustration. Paying 60 euros and spending in total 3 hours (in two days) and still being super sad and disappointed with my hair... This is not why you go to a hair saloon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe their social media posts..they fool you. Maybe they have 1 good hairdresser I donno who but my experience was pretty bad.. I asked for a textured messy bob I even had a pic and got the ugliest blunt mom haircut
