★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijke yoga lessen voor elk niveau. Je krijgt bij veel houdingen opties zodat je de les binnen de grenzen van je eigen lichaam helemaal mee kunt doen. Veel afwisseling en fijn dat je abonnement niet aan een vaste dag/tijdstip gebonden is, voor elke les meld je je aan en het maakt niet uit of dat de ene week b.v. op maandag is en de andere week b.v. op woensdag. Er heerst een fijne ongedwongen sfeer, na afloop van de les wordt een gratis kopje thee aangeboden en is er ruimte om met de andere yogi’s over van alles en nog wat van gedachten te wisselen.
 Great yoga classes for every level. With many postures you get options so that you can participate fully within the limits of your own body. Lots of variety and nice that your subscription is not tied to a fixed day / time, you sign up for each lesson and it does not matter whether that one week e.g. is on Monday and the other week e.g. on Wednesday. There is a nice casual atmosphere, after the lesson a free cup of tea is offered and there is room to exchange ideas with the other yogis.
