Being a 500+ RYT yoga teacher and having my own yogastudio, this Yoga Therapy study (800 hours) I am doing at the moment is definitely giving me so much deeper knowledge of the human body & mind! Montserrat is such a brilliant, extremely experienced, professional, happy, funny and bright teacher! After every module I am feeling so much inspired & happy by her and by her gast teachers. Also being part of this amazing group of students whom I felt at home with straight away. I love every second of each module, each class and day at this wonderful study. Also my students at my own yogastudio notice already the difference in my yoga classes and loving it too. So yes... I totally recommend The Yoga Therapy Institute and Montserrat! Like I said... this is what yoga is about! ??⭐️

After having guiding yoga practices for several years, it became increasingly obvious I needed to deepen my knowledge so as to best serve the clients who were coming to me for private practices increasingly with specific medical issues. The trainings at the YTIA always exceed expectations and make me want to continue studying with them even after the completion of my diploma.
