★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algemene ruimten zijn netjes opgeknapt en doelmatig. De gangen met woningen vreselijk. Gedateerd, overal afgedankte kitch aan de muren van bewoners. Allergaartje en daardoor truttige uitstraling. Er zou meer van te maken zijn zoals het Anne Frank centrum in Waddinxveen.
General areas have been neatly refurbished and effective. The corridors with houses are awful. Dated, discarded kitch on residents' walls everywhere. Allergies and therefore frumpy appearance. There could be more to do, such as the Anne Frank center in Waddinxveen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ex buren wonen daar naar tevredenheid. Zij hebben hun appartement ook piekfijn verbouwd naar de huidige maatstaven en zoals hun vorig woongenot eruit zag!! Verder heb ik geen oordeel over het gebouw. Zag nog wel dat de waterleidingen werden vervangen of opgeschoond?? Je woont wel centraal tov het centrum van Gouda.
Ex neighbors live there satisfactorily. They have also refurbished their apartment to the current standards and as their previous living pleasure looked like !! Furthermore, I have no opinion about the building. Did you see that the water pipes were replaced or cleaned up? You do live centrally in relation to the center of Gouda.
