★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb hier gewerkt 15 jaar geleden als weekend/ vakantie kracht. Het staat me nog bij hoe onprofessioneel het personeel met de bewoners op de gesloten afdeling omging. Koppeltjes werden uit elkaar gehaald. Bewoners die in hun eigen wereld nog zaten van vroeger, werden met hun neus op de feiten gedrukt. Walgelijke personeel. Op mijn 18e ben ik begonnen met werken bij de wever zo'n 9 jaar in totaal in het weekend en vakantie tijd. Met veel plezier gedaan, verschillende locaties gezien en gewerkt en dat is een wereld van verschil. De wever heeft een goede kijk op de zorg en de beleving van de bewoners.
I worked here 15 years ago as a weekend / vacation force. I still remember how unprofessional the staff dealt with the residents in the closed ward. Couples were separated. Inhabitants who were still in their own world from the past, were confronted with the facts. Disgusting staff. When I was 18 I started working at the weaver for about 9 years in total during the weekend and vacation time. Done with great pleasure, seen and worked at different locations and that is a world of difference. The weaver has a good view of the care and experience of the residents.
