★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute morgen habe ich den telefonisch bestellten Nackenbraten abgeholt. Zunächst wollte ich ihn selbst würzen, doch ich entschied mich anders und ließ den Braten vom Metzger würzen. Beste Wahl!
Der Braten (auf dem Grill ) war einfach Spitze. Das Fleisch war besser als das vom Petrusheim!! Der Metzger ist einfach gut !!!
This morning I picked up the neck joint that I ordered over the phone. At first I wanted to season it myself, but I decided differently and had the roast seasoned by the butcher. Best choice!
The roast (on the grill) was just great. The meat was better than that from the Petrusheim !! The butcher is just good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufe dort ab und zu Rindergulasch für meine Katzen. Die junge Dame die dort arbeitet ist immer super freundlich. Meine Katzen geben ebenfalls fünf Sterne für das Rindfleisch.
I buy beef goulash for my cats there every now and then. The young lady who works there is always super friendly. My cats also give five stars for the beef.
