Emmy doet dat nuchter, integer en tegelijkertijd empathisch en betrokken, zonder oordeel, met veel inzicht in hoe het werkt tussen mensen. Dat voelt veilig en geeft vertrouwen. Daarbij heeft Emmy een loepzuiver beeld van hoe het er uitziet als wij mensen respectvol met elkaar en met onszelf omgaan. Dankbaar!
