★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I go here for date night to relax after school and work, and it’s a really nice and relaxing place. They have multiple baths, located inside and outside and there’s sauna’s, steam cabins and Kneip baths. You can rent bathrobes and towels so you don’t need to bring your own and they have a restaurant inside so you can eat there if you get hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to relax for a few hours. The polls are warm and inviting, the sauna complex has a good range of temperatures and scents. A touch of paint and maintenance would be 5 stars.

After driving more than 1 hour and waiting more thank 30 minutes at the reception we were told that our reservation for the night in the hotel does not include the use of the thermal baths... How come? We had contact with the staff before arrival, we were ensured everything is arranged for our stay, however nobody dared to mention that for the thermal baths a separate booking must follow. What a shame. We drove back home and I'll never use their services ever again. Thank you for the great weekend stay, totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy, but haven't felt so relaxed in a while. Amazing (salty) warm water with lots of massage options. And a lot of other options like saunas and steam cabins? also, very handy system with a bracelet that controls everything super easily like the lockers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel cheated. I made phone call to reception and i recieved information that i can enter the place with negative result of german covid test. When I came to the place they didnt let me in. I waste 3 hours, and i drive hundred kilometers for nothing. This is not funny joke, i will never EVER come to this place again.
